NASA tidak memiliki mesin pembuat awan, uap yang terlihat adalah hasil pembakaran oksigen cair dan hidrogen cair pada uji mesin roket. Video disebarkan 1 April dan memuat watermark akun flat-earth, sehingga patut dicurigai sebagai lelucon yang ditanggap serius.
